TAS: Arahan (2004) – Ryoo Seung-beom Vs. Jopok Gangsters

In this action, having run afoul with a few jopok gangsters earlier in the film, Ryoo’s character, Sang Hwan, meets up again with them at a restaurant, only this time he’s been trained in martial arts. As he sets about teaching them a lesson, he absolutely tears them up before being stopped by his fellow student Eui Jin, played by the very lovely Yoon So-yi. In particular, this scene stands out because the film actually shows poor progression of Sang Hwan in training sequences, so much so that when he actually fights for real, you as the viewer are shocked by his prowess. Well choreographed and funny, this is a hugely entertaining fight.
