New “Kiki’s Delivery Service” Trailer Shows More of the Story and Differences Compared to the Studio Ghibli Animated Film

A new trailer released for the upcoming Japanese film adaptation of Kiki’s Delivery Service shows a fairly accurate adaptation early on, but then starts to have mild variations in the later half. Flying scenes seem a little cartoonish but the CG effect to make Jiji talk are excellent. A J-pop theme song plays throughout the trailer but does seem to catch the tone of the film as presented. Look for the film to hit Japanese theatres in March 2014.
